How to Order
Printed versions of ZooKeys may be ordered in parts or subscribed. To subscribe or order separate printed issues of ZooKeys, please use the Order Form (download as PDF or RTF file), or contact us by e-mail, letter, orfax. Please, include the full delivery address, if different from that of your registration, and indicate the payment method. Please, contact us if you need a quotation or proforma invoice. Reprints may be ordered using the same Order Form along with sending back the final proofs of your manuscript. See also more information about the Payment Details.

Prices
Prices are given in EURO and are exclusive of postage and handling. Payment in USD is also possible according to the exchange rate on the day of payment. IMPORTANT: Our prices do not include VAT. Orders of non-EU customers or VAT-registered EU customers will be processed VAT-free. VAT (20%) will be added ONLY to NOT VAT-registered customers within the European Union.
Despatch
Printed materials will be despatched within 5-7 working days after receipt of the order by registered economy airmail. Priority airmail or door-to-door mailing services are available upon request and will be charged additionally.

Payment Details
Preferred payment method is credit card (VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB Cards). Please, send us your card details using the Order Form, or by fax (+359-2-8704282), or through two separate email messages, or by regular mail.
Please do not forget to provide also the CVV2 (Card Verification Value). This is a 3-digit number situated after the credit card number on the backside of your card.
Payment can also be remitted by either a Bank/Commercial/Personal Cheque or International Money Order written in the name of Pensoft Publishers to be sent to the publisher's address in Sofia, Bulgaria. Checks can be issued in EURO or USD. Please add EURO 14 or USD 20 to the invoiced sum to cover banking charges and send checks by registered mail to: Pensoft Publishers, Geo Milev 13a, 1111 Sofia, Bulgaria.
Payment is also possible by bank-to-bank transfer to PENSOFT, IBAN BG43RZBB91551460143402 (EURO) or BG88RZBB915511601143417 (USD), BIC code RZBBBGSF, RAIFFEISENBANK (BULGARIA), 18/20 Gogol Str., 1504 Sofia, Bulgaria. Bank-to-bank transfer is the most secure way for sums larger than EURO 1500.
